      3What number do I call when my mobile phone isn't available?

      Call 1-855-Who-Do-I-Call (855 946-3642) TOLL FREE from ANY phone within the United States. You will be prompted to enter your cell phone number followed by the four-digit PIN you entered when you registered. Once logged into the WhoDoICall?® system, you can choose any one of the five contacts you have stored as your fallback plan.

      4How much do you charge for this service?

      Our goal is to make this important service affordable for everyone. The service costs $3 a month if you choose to pay monthly or, if you choose to pay annually, the cost is only $12 for an entire year.

      5Is there any other charge for using this service?

      Yes. For each call made into WhoDoICall? system, we charge $0.50 for every minute after the first 2 minutes you are on an active call. This is simply to cover the costs we incur from other service providers involved. These charges will be settled monthly using the credit card you have on file with us.

      6Is my personal information safe?

      Yes. We take every possible precautionary measure to keep your personal information safe and secure. Furthermore, we promise to never sell your personal information or share it with anyone outside of the service providers listed in the Terms of Use that you accepted during registration.
