You can reset your secure PIN by logging in to your 855WhoDoICall.com™. account, going through the user icon in your account, then choosing ‘Security Code’, and then ‘Change Pin Code’. You’ll need to verify yourself there to change your PIN.

Apple/IOS users can also reset their secure PIN in their Apple/IOS app using this same process.

*However, members who use the Android App from the Google Play Store will need to log in using a web browser to modify all security and billing settings due to the terms and conditions of Google's Play Store.

Update your trusted contacts anytime by logging in to your 855WhoDoICall™ account in the website or on the App (iOS or Android). There, you can edit, add, and remove contacts in your personalized preset contact list, so you’ll be able to contact them even when your phone isn’t available.
