By simply signing into your 855WhoDoICall™ account from any internet connected device, you can use a number of our services to help find your phone, without the OTPs or e-mail verifications other services require, so you don’t have to put your most important logins into other people’s devices when your phone’s missing and your other devices are inaccessible. Our services are designed with your security, and the security of your information, as the foundational basis for all aspects of our services. Your contacts and other personal information are only accessible by you and your secure PIN. Remember, 855WhoDoICall™ is designed to provide you with greater security.

Any phones that can dial (USA) 1-855... (toll-free) numbers, including borrowed phones and public phones, can use 855WhoDoICall™ services. Additional calling plans for contacting international contacts and using our services while traveling outside of North America are coming soon! Additionally, many of our Phonelessness Services™, including Ring My Phone™ services, are available using any Internet connection.

You can reset your secure PIN by logging in to your 855WhoDoICall.com™. account, going through the user icon in your account, then choosing ‘Security Code’, and then ‘Change Pin Code’. You’ll need to verify yourself there to change your PIN.

Apple/IOS users can also reset their secure PIN in their Apple/IOS app using this same process.

*However, members who use the Android App from the Google Play Store will need to log in using a web browser to modify all security and billing settings due to the terms and conditions of Google's Play Store.

Update your trusted contacts anytime by logging in to your 855WhoDoICall™ account in the website or on the App (iOS or Android). There, you can edit, add, and remove contacts in your personalized preset contact list, so you’ll be able to contact them even when your phone isn’t available.

Even though you’re calling from any phone, the call will appear to be from you with your usual phone number and name. This is because of our patented caller ID replacement system! It ensures your contacts can recognize you, by calling through the 855WhoDoICall™ service, so they know to answer when you need them to.

At this time, you can save up to 5 Trusted Contacts in your 855WhoDoICall™ preset contact list with our standard plans. We also offer a 90-day FREE trial plan which includes 2 preset contacts, but it comes without access to our other 855WhoDoICall™ Ring My Phone™ services.

In the future we will be introducing additional calling plans including but not limited to:

At this time, our standard plan can be billed to your credit card as either $3 USD each month or a one-time payment of $19 USD for 12 months. That’s nearly 50% off! This includes 5 preset contacts and all the other Ring My Phone™ services. We also offer a 90-day FREE trial plan which includes 2 preset contacts, but it comes without access to the other 855WhoDoICall™ Ring My Phone™ services.

*There are minimal service charges to cover the various messaging and calling fees when you use our services. These additional charges are approximatly $0.52 USD per call or Ring My Phone™ attempt, and are billed to your CC at the time of using our services.

You can cancel your membership anytime by logging in to your account at 855WhoDoICall.com™ or on our app (iOS only). Click on your profile icon to enter your account settings, and choose the red “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the screen. If you need further assistance, our customer support team is available to help by email at support@855whodoicall.com.

*We do not give refunds. If you choose to cancel your account with us, your service will continue to work until your subscription runs out. (i.e. if you paid $19 for 12 months but want to cancel after 6 months your services will not renew after your subscription has expired.)

Contact our Customer Support Department if you want to re-activate your account after canceling. Your phone number will need to be manually reset in our system before you can subscribe again.
